About culinary education in Peru

How culinary education is structured

In Peru, universities are licensed by SUNEDU and technological institutes by the Ministry of Education (MINEDU). The Le Cordon Bleu network illustrates both routes: a university with five-year careers and an institute with two- and three-year careers whose graduates can obtain Peruvian technical titles. Licensing statements here come from the school's own news pages; the SUNEDU and MINEDU registers were not queried.
