About culinary education in Malaysia

How culinary education is structured

Malaysian culinary education in this directory ranges from private university degrees (Taylor's University's Bachelor of Culinary Management (Honours)) to Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia's diplomas at Sunway, which the school says are accredited by the Department of Skills (JPK) with a Level 3 skill certificate for the cuisine programme. MQA register listings were not retrieved, so Malaysian Qualifications Register status is not claimed.
