About culinary education in United Arab Emirates

How culinary education is structured

The Dubai culinary schools researched deliver short professional diplomas rather than degrees: City & Guilds (UK) Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, with programme attendance attested by the Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), according to the schools. These statements are school-published; no KHDA register was readable. For degree-level programmes, the UAE's Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) under the Ministry of Higher Education maintains lists of licensed institutions and accredited programmes; no culinary degree was researched in this pass.
