About culinary education in France
How culinary education is structured
Professional culinary qualifications in France include state-issued vocational awards such as the CAP Cuisine, which the national RNCP register lists at level 3, and school-issued titles registered in the same register, for example a level 4 chef de partie title. Private schools also offer their own diplomas and bachelor programs, some described as certified by the ministry.
